I ran into an interesting site today that sparked my imagination. It is called Wordle and allows you to design word clouds from tags lists or from a site already in existence. The most often used words on a site appear the largest, so that got me to thinking that this utility could be used to determine the number of keyword repetitions on your page.
Certainly, if you are running a site about chocolate, you want to know that the most prominent word will be 'chocolate'. If it isn't, those seeking sites referring to chocolate will be less likely to find your site. That's only logical.
Another nice thing about this tool is that you can save your word cloud designs to their gallery, where it can be viewed by others. They do caution that you be aware that any personal information on your site might be mad available in the word cloud also. Having said that, be sure to visit the site and see what else you might do with it.
